Stressing about the upcoming holidays?
September holiday plan
(+ free resources!)

Hi lovely Life in Colour Coaching community,
I don't know about you but, WHERE HAS TIME GONE???? (My kids say I sound SOOOOO OLD when I say that!)
The September school holidays are fast approaching. For a lot of families, that shift in routine brings a rush of extra thinking and planning, and it can feel like a lot to hold. For me it can feel like I'm drowning in a mix of panic and confusion.
I recently worked with a mum of three, juggling a busy household of five. Together we mapped out a simple visual plan for the holidays. Straight away she could see the gaps, where the pressure points were, and where everyone's needs actually sat. The result: she felt more in control, less anxious, and more connected to what each of her children needed.
Having it all out of her head and onto paper gave her brain room to breathe.
If you're staring down the holidays feeling the same way, a plan like this could help. I've attached the link for two plans below - one made on the computer, one on a scrap of paper. KISS - Keep It Simple Sally!
And if you're an educator or therapist, feel free to share this with the families you work with. It might be exactly what they need right now.
If doing this by yourself feels like too much, reach out and I can help you. Email - sally@lifeincolourcoaching.com.au
Warmly, Sally
