Individual coaching for neurodivergent women

"I learned that I do have the answers. I just need to apply them to myself. I do need that external person.
I can't do it on my own all the time. I need that accountability and validation."

About individual coaching
Individual coaching gives you a supportive, non‑judgemental space tailored to your neurotype and your current situation — whether you’re navigating life, parenting, or work. Together, we focus on what’s happening right now, and create practical, achievable steps that reduce overwhelm and build confidence.
You get space to reflect without pressure, clarity about your needs (and your child’s, if you’re a parent), and strategies that make daily life, communication, and decision‑making easier.
Duration: One hour
Location: Online or in‑person (location‑dependent; travel costs may apply)
Coaching packages
Navigating neurodivergence for women
This package gives you the time, space, and support to understand yourself more clearly, reduce exhaustion, and rebuild confidence in a steady, sustainable way. Across the sessions, you’ll identify what drains you, what supports you, and the practical changes that will genuinely make life easier.
By the end, you’ll have:
-
a clearer sense of who you are and how your brain works
-
specific changes that reduce daily overwhelm
-
strategies that support your energy, routines, and wellbeing
-
more confidence in making decisions that fit you
-
a personalised summary of what’s impacting you and your next steps
Duration: 6 or 12 x one‑hour sessions
Location: Online or in‑person (location‑dependent; travel costs may apply)
When 'me time' isn't enough
When “me time” isn’t enough, parent coaching gives you a space that’s just for you — your clarity, your energy, your confidence. Parenting often means carrying more than anyone sees, and this helps you make sense of what you’re holding and what will actually make life easier.
What you’ll gain
-
clarity about your needs as a parent
-
practical strategies to reduce overwhelm and protect your energy
-
more confidence in your decisions, boundaries, and advocacy
-
tools and scripts that make meetings and conversations easier
-
calmer, more predictable routines at home
-
validation, relief, and the sense that you don’t have to carry everything alone
Gentle, structured sessions that strengthen you, so you can support your child from a place of steadiness and clarity.
Duration: 6 or 12 x one‑hour sessions
Location: Online or in‑person (location‑dependent; travel costs may apply)
Three steps forward
A focused, goal‑driven series for high‑performing neurodivergent women, parents, leaders, and organisations who need clarity, direction, and a more sustainable way forward.
Across three sessions, we identify what’s getting in the way, set clear goals, and map out practical steps that create real movement — without overwhelm.
By the end, you’ll have:
-
clear goals that reflect what matters most right now
-
a short list of doable actions that reduce stress and increase capacity
-
routines or boundaries that make your days more predictable and manageable
-
improved communication or self‑advocacy, tailored to your context
-
more confidence in your decisions, with fewer second‑guessing loops
-
a personalised summary that tracks your goals, actions, and progress
-
noticeable shifts in energy and clarity, even in a short timeframe
It’s designed for people who are capable, committed, and often high‑performing - but who need a reset, a clearer path, and support that cuts through the noise.
Three sessions. Three steps forward. Real momentum.

Pricing
Standard session rate
$180.00 + GST (per session)
Most people work with me over a series of sessions. This rate applies whether you prefer to book one at a time or move through the work at your own pace.
Support block (6+ Sessions)
$165.00 + GST (per session)
For those who know they’d like ongoing support, sessions drop to this rate once you book six or more. This isn’t a sales tactic. It’s simply a thank you for the longer commitment, and it helps me keep my schedule steady while supporting you through deeper work.
