I’m putting the groups on hold for now while I gather feedback and reassess the structure.
My goal is to reshape them into something that feels genuinely useful, comfortable, and connection‑focused for the people who want to be part of them.
Neurodivergent Women Connect
Want to connect with other autistic and / or ADHD women?
Want to be in a space where you feel like you belong?
Want to be with other women who 'get it'?
These groups offer a safe, welcoming environment where you can connect socially, share experiences, and feel seen without needing to explain or justify yourself.
It’s a space built on acceptance, curiosity, and shared humanity.
No judgment.
No expectations.

To keep the group running sustainably with increased venue costs, the session fee will increase to $25 per session from mid‑June. I understand this may feel like a significant change. If the new rate makes attendance difficult and you’d still like to participate, please contact me so we can discuss possible arrangements.
