The Clarity Card Sort is my original work. It was developed and written by me, based on 25 years of professional experience, research and my own lived experience.

I developed the Clarity Card Sort out of my own coaching practice. I use it with my own clients and have seen first-hand how quickly it cuts through the overwhelm to what actually matters. With 25+ years of experience supporting neurodivergent people, a Bachelor of Education, Master of Education in Autism, and lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, this tool is built from the inside out. It's the resource I wished existed when I started working with neurodivergent clients.
Questions
Does this count toward CPD hours?
We recommend checking with your professional body. The 3–4 hour live training with a certificate of completion is structured to support this.
Can I use this with clients who don't have a formal diagnosis or don't identify as neurodivergent?
Yes. The Clarity Card Sort is designed for use with anyone. Diagnosis is not a prerequisite for the tool to be useful or appropriate.
Does the licence cover my whole caseload?
Yes - one purchase covers you to use the tool across your entire client caseload. There are no per-client or per-session fees.
What if I work online - can I still use the card sort?
Currently the tool is in physical format. A digital format is being explored.
