The Clarity Card Sort: A card deck for neurodivergent reflection, growth and advocacy

The way you introduced yourself in the welcome documents was lovely to read. I knew this is someone who's going to get me. She's going to be a 'coulder' not a 'shoulder'
Client, 2026
This approach supports women who feel overwhelmed or who are starting to explore their neurodivergence. I saw many women struggling with burnout and simply getting through each day, and I don’t want that for anyone.
Everyone deserves the chance to live well. That might mean doing your job without burning out, enjoying parenting instead of just coping, feeling good about daily life, or understanding what affects you so you can set limits and say “this is enough.”
The Clarity Card Sort is my original work. It was developed and written by me, based on 25 years of professional experience, research and my own lived experience.
What happens?
-
We sort a deck of cards that identify everyday factors that may be negatively affecting your wellbeing.
-
We explore what's happening within those factors
-
You then decide what matters most right now and set goals that are important to you.
-
We work together to identify practical changes that will genuinely help.
The Clarity Card Sorting Tool will support you to:
-
Build a deeper understanding of yourself
-
Navigate your neurotype
-
Identify what may be negatively impacting your wellbeing
-
Articulate the stressors you’re experiencing
-
Identify and advocate for the changes that could better support who you are
-
Feel empowered to live the life you want to live to support your independence, social, economic and community participation.
-
Afterwards, you receive a clear summary showing:
-
what’s impacting you
-
how strongly it’s affecting you
-
the actions you’ve chosen
-
the goal you’re working toward
The focus is simple: understand yourself better, reduce overwhelm, and make changes that support the life you want. But how we get there...that's where the Clarity Card Sort makes the difference!
