What is Life in Colour Coaching all about?
Life in Colour Coaching is me!
I am truly proud of my neurodivergence! (That doesn't mean life doesn't kick me when I'm down sometimes).
I am a do-er. I'm practical. Yes, it's important to unpack things in the past, but I've done that a LOT! Now it's time to move forward.
That's what Life in Colour Coaching is for me. It's about understanding, setting goals, with practical tangible, achievable steps to achieve your goal/s.
It's not about living in the past. It's about the here and now, and the future.
And amongst all that, I love to research. Research is vital in this space. I research autism, ADHD and all things in between.
Whether you're here for individual coaching, parent coaching, groups or workshops, it's about evidence-informed, lived experience informed, support to step out of the past and move forward.

G, Neurodivergent woman
"And it's only since, I suppose, starting to learn about all of this that I'm sort of going, whoa, like, this isn't normal, you know, like everyone maybe doesn't feel like this and I don't have to"
N, Neurodivergent woman
"I love that I left with clear, tangible actions and gentle accountability"
M, Teacher
"Sally just gets it. She tells it how it is, but backs it up with evidence and provides practical support. I could listen to her all day long"
Neurodivergent woman
“Until I did the Clarity Card Sort, I didn’t realise how many of my old supports had fallen away over the years and especially after having kids. I didn't realise how much these supports were helping me feel okay. It helped me understand why some days were harder than others, and let go of the belief that I was a bad mum. I’m now rebuilding strategies that actually work for me, and it’s made me feel like I'm a good mum again."
L, Neurodivergent woman
Sally is a neurodivergent‑affirming coach who brings warmth, deep listening, and a strong sense of psychological safety to every conversation. She has a calm, grounded way of holding space for busy, multi‑layered thinkers, helping them turn complexity into clarity and move toward meaningful insight and action. She honours autonomy and celebrates each person’s unique way of being. She is intuitive, thoughtful, and deeply attuned. She helped me see myself more clearly and move forward with confidence and purpose
N, Neurodivergent woman
Sally was neurodiversity-affirming in all sessions. I felt I could bring any issue to Sally without judgement, and that I would walk away with a positive plan – never being corrected for who I am. I was able to successfully implement all plans that I had set. I felt my neurodivergent brain was understood, rather than targeted for the changes I wanted to make in my life.
